Shipping, returns & policies

Shipping

Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are dispatched the next working day. Delivery is typically 2–5 working days depending on your PIN code. Shipping is free on orders over ₹499; below that a flat ₹59 applies. Bulk orders from approved distributors ship on the distributor's own freight account.

Returns

Because these are food products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, leaking or past their best-before date. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace the item or refund it in full.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card details are entered on Razorpay's own secure form and are never seen, transmitted or stored by us. If you choose to save a card, Razorpay stores it and gives us only an opaque token plus the last four digits, which is all we keep.

Food safety

Manufactured in an FSSAI-licensed facility. Every pack carries a batch code and a best-before date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Products contain black salt and are not suitable for anyone on a salt-restricted diet without checking with their doctor first.

Privacy

We collect only what an order needs: name, phone, email, delivery address and (if you ask for a business invoice) GSTIN. We do not sell or rent this to anyone. To have your data removed, email support@bhaukaalgoli.com.
